How We Work

What to Expect

When you reach out to us, one of our design consultants will respond within two business days to arrange an initial conversation. This can happen over email, phone, or in person at our workshop.

During this consultation, we will discuss your vision, space requirements, timber preferences, timeline, and budget. There is no obligation—this is simply an opportunity to explore whether we are the right fit for your project.

For larger projects, we recommend visiting our workshop. Seeing our craftsmanship firsthand and touching the materials gives you a much better sense of what your finished piece will feel like.
